This Symposium is orginized by the ANRS MIE as part of the within-host modeling working group, member of the theme ("Action coordonnées"): Modeling of infectious diseases.
This one day workshop brings together virologists and immunologists with mathematical modelers and system biologists to discuss current approaches and challenges in modeling and analyzing different aspects of virus dynamics.
We are very excited to have the following confirmed speakers:
Alan Perelson (Los Alamos National Laboratory, USA)
Rodolphe Thiébaut (INRIA, Bordeaux, France)
Lulla Opatowski (Institut Pasteur, Paris, France)
Samuel Alizon (CNRS, Paris, France)
Jérémie Guedj (INSERM, Paris, France)
Main covered topics will be: • Viral replication and innate immune response • Evolution • Quantitative approaches in vaccine developments • Host pathogen interaction and adaptive immunity • Modeling emerging infections • Antiviral therapies • Within and Between-host modeling
